GRITS
1 c. Grits
2 c. Chicken Stock
2 c. Half & Half or Cream
4 Tbsp Butter
EGGS
6 - 8 Eggs
1/4 c. Half & Half or Milk
4 oz. Cheese ( your choice )
1 tsp. Oil
1 - 2 Tbsp Butter
Season to Taste
Bacon or Turkey Bacon
Sausage or Turkey Sausage
Biscuits
Jam or Preserves

Looks delicious! I love breakfast for dinner. I’ll make it with beans (in tomato sauce), scrambled eggs, toast and bacon. Sometimes sausages and sometimes peameal. I’ve never made grits (only had them when I visit the states) but you’ve inspired me to try to make them. Wish me luck!

Grits will change your life ( not really ) but if done correctly they are a delicious side dish for any meal, great with seafood...Good Luck & tfw 😊

I’ve never made grits with cream and chicken stock, I typically use a combination of water and milk. Definitely going to try cooking them this way.
