i LOOOOVE Matty but every single time there’s an upload i’m secretly wishing he’s back at the old set in his house where he made Just A Dash. béchamel + cheese -> mornay. normally you use gruyère, emmental or white cheddar. Mornay is the basis of Mac and Cheese.

That melted mozarella looked like aligot, which is a ton of cheese (tome) melted with potato purée, cream, butter and garlic, fresh pepper. You eat it with a thick sausage. It's incredibly addictive and I simply avoid the aisle where I can find when i'm shopping.
