In this video I make the perfect sandwich with tuna salad! This is my favorite recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner! No bake, no oven! Be sure to try it!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna
- half an onion
- 2 boiled eggs
- 6 pitted olives
- 2 pickled gherkins
- parsley
- lettuce
- 1/2 baguette sandwich
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- sea salt
- black pepper

Yes! I use all the same ingredients in my tuna salad, plus lemon pepper, cracked black pepper, and hot sauce. Oh, but I’ve never used Lea & Perkins. I’ll have to try that. But, for breakfast, I’ve been frying salmon croquettes instead of breakfast sausage, because I just don’t trust what’s been ground up into even the “choicest brands.” I’ll soon start grinding my own meats for sausage.

Magnificent sandwich! Two things I would do differently to personalize it is, would put no salt because the condiments you use already have a lot of salt and I would not put mayonnaise on the bread so as to cut back on saturated fat, otherwise, great sandwich!

Looks like a good tuna salad sandwich but would be even better if you had scooped most of the bread out. Too much bread is not good for us. Thanks for sharing. Cheers!!
