What can black celebrities do that black communities as a whole can't? You don't need celebrities. You need unity. Nipsey Hussle assisted his community. What happened? Young Dolph assisted his community. What happened? PnB Rock? Black pastors profiting from black communities. Our people killing each other for streets they don't own. Our mindsets as a whole is poisoned. Weed, liquor, and the latest dance moves are more important that investing, education, and unification. So I ask again... What can celebrities do that black communities in itself can't do????

His love for his people is clearly genuine and from a good place plus he’s sharp. Not saying he’s infallible and always right but he clearly wants the best for black people and has a filter-free sound way of looking at the world from a genius’ point of view and helps makes sense of things. Because it took longer than expected, a LOT of folks called him a fraud, a thief, and worse! I'm thankful that he actually came through with this much needed school and its proposed curriculum. @@blakkadam260 What exactly is the "HELP" for blacks in need? Is it giving our people more money, resources, government funding so that there can be more affordable educational options etc...? I think that we've been given enough "Stuff" to be successful, it's my opinion that our minds are in such a chaotic state and clouded with trauma that's been unchecked yet embedded in our souls for generations. It's historically taboo for black people to heal properly by seeking counsel because when we seek help we're labeled as crazy by our own kind...so it's bottled up. I think that we need a mindshift first to recognize how great that we truly are IF we learn how to heal. Because if healing takes place then we can love, then we can learn, then we can thrive as a people. But it has to come from within...true healing is from center to circumference. Be well on your journey. 🙏🏾

He so right about black athletes and celebrities. The money allows them to quickly forget where they came from. They are distracted from the ideas they use to believe in when they had nothing. I'm sure many of them made promises to themselves to give back to their community. But that Hollywood life, that self indulgence kicks in and they don't even realize it. Yes they worked hard and probably had to make sacrifices, but our community has needs to grow. The community shapes us, molds us, its make or break out here. We can ONLY make it together. I want to have the opportunity to go to a hospital and see doctors with my skin color who will listen and understand me. I want to go to my grocery and buy food from humans who look like me. Its nothing to other races who have been leeches on our diaspora. They want our blood, sweat and tears. But it means something to me. Its not difficult to open a local all black staffed hospital, clinic, grocery store. Its sad.....that the next time they will have regrets about choices usually happens at an old age, the idea of your mortality. Thats when they will be thinking about what they could have done with their wealth to help others. But by then, its too late. I'm looking into joining Greenwood Bank, lets support Killer Mike no matter the obstacles, which I'm sure their would be from states to state.

@@michaelmcmillan1425 christians and Jews have been persecuted throughout the history of man kind , along with multiple other races, so that's no excuse to deny the king. Blacks do more harm to each other than any race has ever done to them. Lord have mercy on those that put their skin colour before Jesus Christ.
