Excellent point. The US sends Israel taxpayers money in aid and Israel pays off our politicians in campaign contributions (legal bribes) to tow their line. There are only a handful of US politicians that are not in Israel's pocket.

The other reason is to maintain influence in the region against Iran.

The other being America did and continues to do exactly what Israel is doing now. They'd be hypocrites for not supporting Israel.

And, the fact that a large segment of the American population have been convinced that there is a God whose favorite/chosen people are the Jews, his favorite country is Israel, and he promised them the land as a homeland. 🤦‍♂

I think he definitely chose a side here. He is most certainly pro-Palestinian. From 3 sides, it was clear he chose 1. He condemned Hamas and condemned Israel with false information. Nothing wrong with supporting innocent Palestinians, but to say he explained everyone’s side of the story isnt true. He explained reasons to even understand Hamas more than Israel.

How hamas remove water pipes to create missiles which caused water issues in Gaza. Why Israel occupied after 1973, which because bordering countries used to share the same vision as hamas. How Great Britain actually owned the land before Jews and Palestinians, but because of in-fighting between the two, the British split the land which Israel agreed but Palestine didn’t. A lot more too
