🍂In order to break bad habits, we must REPLACE something bad into a good one. And to overcome bad habits, we must remove the trigger and the temptations. Very true PASTOR,this happen to me I was used to watch some stuffs from Internet up late hours without knowing my life was heading to wrong direction.After lesning your teachings,I replaced my habit to reading the Word of GOD and praying know I have peace in my heart.

Ang habit mabilis lang baguhin at palitan. Ang pag uugali ang hirap baguhin lalo na kung kinalakihan mo n yan . So ano yung way para mabago?

I gave a question pastor, I am smoking during break times at work, one stick only or sometimes just to break the monotony of what I am doing. It is not affecting the way I work and what I do. This is just to make me go. Is that bad from Christian's perspective?
