They are criminally underrated for how many bands they directly inspired. You couldn’t turn on any rock radio station in 2005-2006 without hearing these guys.

Thanks for sharing this. I still miss the early days not long after I was married in 95' with the original members, but So Cold, The Diary of Jane (my mother's name) and I Will Not Bow will always lurk in my head til I die.

Wellllll, I swear when we bought the tix in Feb Theory of a Deadman was going to be there. It was even in the text I sent my friend that is going with me. I’m bummed now. 😢 Just looked online and Theory of a Deadman was with Disturbed for Canadian dates, Jinjer for US dates. Didn’t read the fine print…

Did you know there’s going to be this year’s Rockville? I heard bands like Foo Fighters, Motley Crue, Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, etc. among others joining and participated in May. Also, they (Breaking Benjamin) would also join this year’s Aftershock along with other bands as well: Slayer, Slipknot, Iron Maiden, Motley Crue, etc.

Amen, Jakey...amen. Turn 57 in November and what a ride in music it's been since my first concert (UFO and Triumph *Allied Forces Tour*) in 1980 at the age of 13. Least I get to retire after 30 years of rotating, weekly shifts (some 6-7 day strings til the end) and enjoy a more chill and mellow chapter in my life and maybe be a grandfather before I pass in the next 15-25 years.

The kid usually isn't there, don't know what he's doing there. But Benjamin Burnley has many ailments, and his hands hurt so bad now if he plays all the rhythm parts he wrote. The guitar riffs he wrote are heavy as F***
