I believe Potter would have done well at Chelsea given time because he needs time to implement his possession based system including allowing the recruitment team to sign the right players, but the recruitment team was not yet in place for him at Chelsea and the available players were not necessarily best suited for possession football Thomas Frank will use the resources available to play in a manner that gets results and exploits weaknesses in the opponents set up.
