Ras is an incredible player, I broke down his wraith playstyle alongside his former MVP teammate AKA to show how his fragging style is perfectly complimented by AKA's support playstyle, and how you can practice these styles too!

Gameplay explained is a series of FPS gameplay in which I try to explain the various skills, decisions and best practices you may want to master to start winning more games. I try to explain how I win fights, beat noobs and survive against pros. The point of these guides is to show in real-time what differences there are between experienced players and casuals.
Apex Legends is a battle royale game based in the Titanfall universe that's defined by squad battles emphasizing teamwork and use of a unique pinging system.

what kinda idiot would wait for entire game to be ressed he watched him cause he was good he could learn something if u die in beginning people are rlly aggressive too when u get respawned i don't want to mess up my kd. i land solo drop 3-4 kills exit if die i exit, i stick with m8s when i play to win, most players just go for kill hunting in pubs.

@@coachnihil6969 I dunno where is best to actually place this so I just looked for your responses to recent video comments, but I just watched your video on sniping and its something I've been trying to learn recently and while I was in the training range practicing against the activated bots I realized something about the snipers. Their scopes are fully functional from the looks of it. I'm sure many people are aware by now that the range markers move with where you're aiming, and zoom levels, but the horizontal markers also appear to be functional, they match movement speed. So at 100 meters, instead of needing to learn how far you need to lead by eye balling it, the first marker to the right or left is actually accurate to legend movement speed, meaning you can aim using that marker and it should hit as if you'd lined the center up on a stationary target. Might be information you wanna pass on in any future videos about sniping or Vods from sniper players.

What I've learned after focusing on a lot of positioning skills is that your teammates will put you in bad spots all the time. When you stop giving a shit if your teammates wants leave or not after getting downed, it'll make you a better player. Don't form an attachment to random players they'll unnecessarily drag you down.

I mean, most of the situations Ras would have been killed, if he wasn't wraith. Even with Path or Octane he would be dead. But in a loz of the situations Ras won, bc he outsmarted the enemie squad as the couch told us, and also his movement was on point, besides the fact that his aim is insane too. But with Crypto you depend on your teammates. Your q is pretty much useless for solo plays .. yea sure you can scan enemies and with your ult even make a great push situation but Crypto is more of a Teamplayer Legend. Even with mirage you have more chances to win solo. But glad to see there are real Crypto mains out there.
@upmuve1188

@@bigboy6941 with proper drone placement it would help this stick and move play style as it heavily depends on knowing where your enemies are.
@bigboy6941
@bigboy6941 4 жыл бұрын
@@upmuve1188 this is true, but you either need to hide in a spot you know no one will find, or relay on your teammates, guide and support them. In solo q I never would play Crypto .. and even if you have your drone in a good spot, most of the enemies would be gone or destroyed the drone before you logged out of it. And even more, while you sit in a spot your mates have to push in duo. Crypto would be much more usefull if his drone had a little AI, that can follow you or stay, circle a certain building or area on its own. That would be nice, but as long as you need to hide your Legend and prey that you don't get killed in the meantime is a big no for me. The fact that your drone can pick up banners and revive teammates is nice tho.

its a semi-bot lobby, when he faces them face to face they miss 80%of their shots and when they (if they) hit most of their shots he has an oopsie button (Q) and get out of the fight. Also, I don't play this game to get 50 kills a game i play it with people and the fact that he doesn't give a shit about teammates and just rushes everything is just a type of person I would hate to play with. I shall have to try that jumping portal trick, I've got to admit I have become sort of a 1 trick pony with mine. Whenever I drop my portal I like to slide and turn around so that if they follow me through they are looking in the opposite direction and I have free shots on their back. Similarly to Raz I too like to do quick peaks however, looking at this game play I definitely need to switch up my cover more often.

After watching this video and watching Ras more and just /trying/ to emulate his style of constantly changing angles and keeping known enemies all on the same side, repositioning towards safer areas, etc, I'm feeling so much more consistent. I wasn't even thinking about these things before. Maybe it would be worthwhile to do a compilation video of different pros doing their techniques so that you can list out ideas we should be considering from more basic to more high level.

How do you handle these situations though when you’re not Wraith or Pathfinder? That’s why they are the best legends in the game because the ability to escape any bad situation with your tactical is god tier.

Bangalore is really good to. It can increase wall peak speed and allow quicker angles with her speed. That's why I like her

Lmao, they are "Aggresive champions". If you want to play differently you can play something else like gibraltar that can be useful from a far or good when being pushed

Wraith and pathfinder’s abillities are essentially -1 mistake moves. If you’re not playing them you have to be smarter with your positioning so you’re never in a spot where you need a move like that

Great video! Looking forward to more Ras breakdowns! Also a small suggestion if I may be so presumptuous, it might help to draw on the mini-map directly when talking about going around the back of buildings or different angles of play

Thank you dude, of course suggestions are always welcome! I try not to draw on the mini-map too much since it's hard to see on mobile (60%+ of viewers) but I may start using it more to make people more aware of using their mini-map :D

@@coachnihil6969 Yeah but mobile could also include tablets right? There might be a larger viewership in that stat who are able to see it clearly. I just personally would like to see more directional insights in relation to where different groups are moving around each other, and the mini-map is the ideal space for that. (Although if it was bigger that would definitely be better.. maybe you could do a quick screen-shot and blow it up in MSPaint. Not sure what your recording workflow is.)
