To develop football in India it starts from the grassroots level. For this all the schools in India should educate football in their schools.

Every state government should organise 3 or 4 tournament by their own govt. Exp in every year in this way more & more team will born. And prize money should be given. Winner player get financial support. And govt should give more govt job through sport quota. Main problem is to get job. If you have get job through sport, than player will get inspiration

There is very High chance that India would host 2036 Olympic for which only 12 years left. I think this is the tournament which India should look for. If we produce good results in this tournament then that will be the game changing for Indian football.

AIFF should focus on building a long time project, development of youth talents, scouting, broadcasting and advertisement. I know it's difficult because of limitations of money but not Impossible. BCCI recently distributed 125 crores to Indian Cricket Team 💀 by the way. Indian Football Team needs our support more than ever😢
