How about hiring more people to work in NVC soo people who are coming to America the right way don’t have to wait so long for their immigrant visas. My daughter is documentarily qualified and will be waiting for an interview for approximately 2 yrs.

If you yourself are citizen your wife has been eligible all this time to fix the status , but now she can fix it through her son since he turned 21 years old! Go to a lawyer
