The other case, she was the one who was required to check the gun & the ammo. She was supposed to check it & sign off. It was her responsibility one thousand percent to make sure this didn’t happen. There is a chain of command on sets. Her job was to check the gun. She then hands the gun to the actor. The actors aren’t supposed to do anything with the gun but act. They aren’t expected, as the actors, to check the guns.

one minute it was boring the next minute the prosecutor is digging a hole with a large shovel on the stand, then dismissed!!!!!! I was shocked and had some whiplash.

Good imo, I'm not any fan of him but I don't think the actor should responsible to know what type of bullets are real or not and specially when they have hired an expert armorer. Though seems this whole investigation was a mess so we will probably never know what really happened for sure, if it was just a tragic, irresponsible accident or something worse.

His trial and Hannah’s trial were two completely different circumstances. It was her job to make sure that the props were safe. Instead she partied and played with the props with live rounds that she didn’t safeguard. Alex was an actor trusting the probs master. He didn’t murder anyone because it was an accident. The judge did what she is supposed to do and if he wasn’t famous people would cheer for the judgement.

As much as I know the Judge did the right thing considering the Prosecutor withheld evidence, I am still saddened that Baldwin will not have to be held accountable criminally for the death of Mrs. Hutchins. I have to wonder how many others have been victims of this prosecution that weren’t broadcast worldwide? What are your thoughts Rabbit as a New Mexico resident? I am so conflicted about this.

I never thought he should've been charged to begin with. It's the prop persons responsibility to check props before use. They wanted him so bad & they fckd up!! Doesn't look good on the prosecution. I'd be willing to bet there will be some disembarments and/or charges brought against them.

So the reason it was dismissed is because of law enforcement and prosecutorial misconduct. And this is the second case we've been watching along with Karen Read that the law enforcement and prosecution are bogus and not reliable but crooked. Baldwin's defense attorney remained a gentleman while bringing down the prosecution and winning the case. That prosecutor is a snarky one. The judge is sharp as a whip and she did the right thing to preserve defendants' constitutional rights. I do feel that Hannah made her own mistake however I feel like she was set up because she was not the one who brought the live rounds to set. And so she might have needed to shake every one of those rounds harder than she did, but she did not supply the bullet that killed Halyna. I do think this should help Hannah's case on appeal. She's still probably going to have to serve part of her sentence but it should give her a little bit of a break because she was not a source of the bullet.

The judge was so mad after break when the prosecutor came into court with a video that she had gotten and watched and was going to show everyone without giving a copy to the defense after the reason why this was started

That testimony didn't help her and she looks dirty as hell. I wonder if she'll get sanctions. Brady violation will she lose her job? Brady list is an awful thing for cops prosecutors that lasts forever.

I still think Hannahs boss was responsible. He handed the gun to Alec, Hannah was not in the room when the last scene was done. He took a misdemeanor misdemeanor fast. The prosecutor not only failed to tell the defense, they put evidence under a different case number. Prosecutor was arrogant, her behaviour in court was awful.

Now I’m starting to believe this was a sacrifice for Alec Baldwin. After this lady’s death, Alec got a show afterwards. Now his case got dismissed for some bs excuse. All these signs point out to perfect sacrifice for Alec Baldwin

I actually really liked her in the other court case with Hannah… and she did learn a lot about ammunition whilst prosecuting that case. Unfortunately, I haven’t been watching Alec’s trial, as I was unaware it was on, and really, I should go and watch it before I comment… but going off my gut feeling, watching it sped up & with Rabbit reacting, I wouldn’t be so hasty to judge her so harshly. I felt an immediate sense of trust when I saw her sitting in the witness box… that she would not be sitting there unless she absolutely knew that she did not suppress evidence and believed she HAD to demonstrate that? I don’t know… maybe she was set-up or duped? Something seems fishy to me… & I need to see more before I agree with this opinion. Usually, I love hearing Rabbits’ opinions… but this one just didn’t sit right with me. Jus’ sayin’.

Yes so happy they dropped it. Dirty prosecutors. Now they should be fired. I do believe he’s innocent otherwise prosecutors wouldn’t have tried to hide evidence that could exonerate him. It was an accident.
