Leon, did Shaira translate the whole Raffy video for you? It starts as a parking dispute between the Korean and the spa owner, he threatens her, she reports the incident but the Police do nothing. Raffy gets involved then the bar is closed for offering extra services( I wonder if the Spa does?). However it develops into a wider criticism as to how foreigners seem to think they are above the law(everywhere not just in Angeles) and the validity of their visas in relation to when they are working. There was also a comment about the Police should be regularly checking bars for violations and why bars are closed then open a few days later with the same set up. I don't see how this helps you, this starts as a Korean bullying a Filipina, I can't imagine that Raffy would intervene in a foreigner dispute. The Korean at Viking was a manager on a tourist visa, I think they like to show off and create the impression they are the owners.
