Marwa went from wishing sickness on the reactors children to actually threatening to pay $5000 for a hit on them. He clearly stated that they are people that do all kind of things for money. The reactors are clearly messing up the flow of his money and he is telling them if they continue, he will pay money to take them out. This is serious stuff.
