Welcome to Breaking Realm of the Mad God! I made this video in April 2024 when an exploit that allowed players to manipulate game files let them put ability items in their weapon slots, this allowed players to do ludicrous amounts of damage that would normally be impossible naturally in the game. I recorded a good amount of gameplay before it was patched and have decided to publish this video since I am 100% confident that I am finished playing the game. I did all the editing in one sitting so there's typos and the videos really not that well-made, but I still wanted to showcase the most fun exploit I've come across.
This video showcases exploits and hacked clients so I can only assume that my account will get a permanent ban following this video, I don't mind because I genuinely do not enjoy the game or the player base anymore. I still remember finding this game as a chrome plugin in 2011 in middle school, and now as an adult I can say that corporate greed has ruined this game time and time again. :Glape:
This will be my last RotMG Video, I may start doing something fun on this channel again soon though. ;)

Never heard of this game but as a developer and outsider I find it really funny that a corporation (as you mention in the description) can make stupid client sided cheating possible. I mean smh, even solo indie developers figure this stuff out lol. Btw, what song'd you use?

No wonder duping is rampant in this game and now autododge and other clients like that its insane. Tbf I had no idea what u were doign in this video LOL

It's definitely been an eye opener for me. There are a couple dupe methods out right now but only 1-2 are semi-public. The description has a bit more info on what you're seeing in this video. The Mad Javelin is an Archers Ability item that can normally only be used once every 4-6 seconds through your ability key, by changing the game files and turning it into a "weapon" I removed this cooldown and could shoot it as a normal weapon. @@Tayjh that does help quite a bit, so its just changing the id of the weapon into a quiver lol, I swear something like this was popular in 2013 with people spawning in weapons. Also I am hella surprised they havent patched out 2 semi popular dupe methods but, I am curious how these methods work compared to old ones where people just ran 2 flash clients at once to do it or if it's even simpler now since this game still doesent have a functioning anti-cheat since they dont invest anything into that department lol

@@lovie74 Thanks for watching my video! My only correction is that it's changing a Quiver into a Weapon, not vice versa. I was also playing for that one too! When Kabam changed the UI to be able to stack up to 6 HP/MP Pots into your item bag, you were able to use Cheat Engine to change the Hp/MP Pots ID's to whatever you wanted then could drop them on the ground. People were able to get T14's before the T13's even released, the infamous Admin Sword, and whatever else they really wanted. I've got an old account that got permabanned for it with the Admin Sword but since bans were only 999 days back then it's been unbanned, the sword was replaced with an ART piece sadly. Most dupes nowadays are only used on items without Unique IDs to prevent detection since anything with one having two of the same ID is a pretty easy way to get banned quickly. The Anticheat cost DECA $40 when they released Exalt onto Unity and can be disabled with 2 lines of code or a .dll, and only really prevents using cheat engine and speed hacks. I can't really tell you more on Duping other than I've got no clue if they've patched 2char which is basically spamming specific packets to duplicate a class using your access token and char IDs under certain parameters.

@@Tayjh Yeah I know about the anti-cheat being disabled that easily its funny asf. For duping I don't really mind knowing too much, I don't play the game enough. I do wish I knew how to code to make my own auto-dodge since I would glady pay 200-300$ for one to have fun and just watch it play the game for me but, the cheat owners need ur HWID and shit and I am too paranoid of viruses LMFAOO. Duping overall I know they got some detections but, obviously it can always be bypassed quite easily just like how the anti-cheat was. The admin swords being used and t13-t14 before it was out was funny asf. Tbf there were a lot of exploits in this game since back then so, I still do hate they removed amulet of ressurection. I had like 40 of them before they all turned into the useless one.... And the reason I hate that they removed it cause U CAN STILL GET SHOTGUNNED FROM LAG AND DIE THAT WAY AND THEY DON'T COMPENSTATE U FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVERS AND LAG. The only game I hate for this issue and its a roguelike ofc, just give me my ammys back brooo xd

Pass, I run my own business that helps people out financially instead of preying on them with FOMO Events and Battle Passes and probably make more than they'd be willing to offer me. Just look up what they did to WangleLine for example.

Does instakilling bosses in USE and making runs faster count as targeting other players ?

@@im_marian for sure if you are going into public dungeons and just rolling bosses before anyone gets a chance at soulbound, it's a problem. once or twice for lols is probs okay, but doing that consistently or even often is troll fs
