Would be interesting to see how Thomas Frank gets on at a bigger club. I think he could do a good job if him and the recruitment team are working in harmony but I suppose that could be said for a lot of managers - You can only work with the hardware you have and if it doesn't suit your philosophy then you're always going to be swimming against the tide...

What makes this list even more crazy is that they all play such different brands of football. It's as if the board has just looked at some of the progressive managers out there and said "oh any one of them would work" without any thought on tactics, system or anything remotely focused on a footballing level. I would not be shocked to see whoever gets appointed being sacked before the end of the season, that club is a mess and I don't think their board, or fans realise just how far gone they are.

RDZ, Maresca = Fit the football idea of the SDs. McKenna I don't get. May be as a yes man? Because he dosen't play the style SDs want. Both RDZ and Maresca aren't yes men tho. Interesting to see what they will value most in the end. Football decisions or yes man (Potter 2.0)? If you ask me Maresca will be the new manager. If they have balls and put football first, they will hire RDZ and manage him carefully.

I am happy that ChelseaFC are out of Europa League because of these owners who are money driven and not TROPHIES DRIVEN. ChelseaFC can lose the play-off matches for the Conference league to focus if they are serious on Premier League, Carling cup and FA competitions. I am waiting for the next head coach and then, wait for what he does and how ChelseaFC 2024/2025 goes before saying anything about the head coach. These owners have not put the fans any position to trust them because of their antecedence with the club. I will watch the matches for next season without any attachment of emotion to the matches. Wish ChelseaFC well in the coming season. Viewing from Ohio, USA.

If I was Kieran McKenna, I would stay at Ipswich... no doubt about it. Chelsea offer big bucks but would sack you at the drop of a hat. Long term it would be better to stay. Look at Xabi Alonso.
