BREAKING the Rules of Hearthstone! Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher OTK!

The goal of this Wild Hearthstone Showdown in the Badlands Exodia Reno Mage OTK combo deck is to use Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher combined with Archmage Antonidas! We do this by playing E.T.C. Band Manager twice to obtain Archmage Antonidas and Sorcerer's Apprentice. Then, we play Tae'thelan Bloodwatcher, Sorcerer's Apprentice, Archmage Antonidas, and any inexpensive spell for the infinite Fireball OTK! Super fun meme deck! Good luck!

You could also play quest mage and have apprentice and antonidas in deck instead. Just play taelthan and apprentice, then the quest mage reward. Then in your next turn play antonidas and win. It’s pretty good in wild

@@TheOneYouCantBEAR i didnt think of that, but your draw would need to be more targeted. Modern quest mage is honestly broken in wild tho, people need to be running eater of secrets for you to lose most of the time.

I did not buy the Reno adventure back in the days so I don’t have brann and Reno… so I decided to do a poor exodia: I play the base of the old school mage freeze plus the combo. And I don’t know why I keep playing against very slow priests. Such a pleasure to rekt them ehehe

I think you have to play the legendary minion before the apprentice, cause my opponent tried it in the other order an he just conceded

Yes, you won't have the mana to play Antonidas afterwards unless you have another way to generate mana (like a mana biscuit for example)

This combo is actualy realy good in a Reno mage deck, this a 3 cards infinte damage combo for only 8 mana

You can get a one card infinite damage with the "Refresh 2 mana crystals" hero power and Coldarra Drake.

Does anybody else recall the following: When the first pure paladin card was released, the one that granted 5 random paladin cards, we were all going like; 'that card cannot be good, because random paladin cards are not good.' - strange how that developed.

But it is true. Random Paladin cards are often secrets or murlocs or mediocre weapons. Lightforged Crusader was played for card advantage (and as a top end in a typical midrange Paladin list), but the quality of cards always left much to be desired.

I will always be of the opinion that Antonidas's effect should produce a card called "Antonidas's Fireball" that is exactly like regular Fireball, except it includes the text "Does not trigger Archmage Antonidas's effect." But, my personal opinions on a very reliable infinite in the hands of the class with the strongest stall in the game aside, very fun deck idea with the double ETC activation!

I had the same idea about Antonidas back when Sorcerer's Apprentice was 2 Mana. It feels so wrong that he can trigger with his own Fireballs
