Mental health for ANYONE is VERY IMPORTANT. For men, it's a sensitive topic and often carries a lot of stigma. HIGHS and LOWS. MY "high" moments are when I'm consistently taking my Meds and enjoy "being" IN MYSELF. The "low" moments are when I allow the NEGATIVE to invade MY thoughts. Typically, I get extremely QUIET. I completely STOP maintenance of ME. But the "highs",... I actively celebrate who I AM. Moving in confidence. Humility. Peace and awareness.

Sorry, but what you're saying is utter rubbish. "Person of color" does NOT mean BLACK MEN. Most of us black men can trace our "issues" to all of the anti-black male MISANDRY that came and was prorogated starting in the 1970's by liberals/progressives/democrats such as Alice Walker, Terry McMillan, Oprah, Sally Jesse Raphael, Rikki Lake, etc. People such as Robert Staples, Ishmael Reed, Shahrazad Ali, Joe Clark, etc. all warned of the DEVISTATING effects that "liberalism", and its resulting attacks on black men would have LONG TERM NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES on black men, and that was back in the 1970's -80's, which was DECADES before Trump was even in office. The timing of liberals/progressive/democrats "concern" on black men's "mental issues" is HIGHLY SUSPECT, especially given the fact that when liberal/progressive/democrats, and their "1000 Women Of Color" surrogates, SOUNDLY DEFEATED Obama's "My Brother's Keeper" initiative, they had ZERO concern of the deleterious effects to these young black men's "mental health" that their HORRENDIOUS actions would bring. Now that they are LOSING black men's support, is only when they want to mention black men's "mental health", probably as a prelude to when they lose more of these elections as a result of us black men refusing to support them, they'll just make us the "scapegoats" and blame it on our so called "issues", as opposed to their ABJECT FAILURE to do anything substantive for the black community in over HALF A CENTURY, and for FURTHER PROOF of THAT, I direct you to your nearest black community to see the ABYSMAL conditions there, and again, have been there for DECADES before Trump was in office. So, unless you're a black man, do not presume that YOU can tell us what are issues are, ESPECIALLY when we are TELLING YOU what our issues are. It's no wonder that you liberals/progressives/democrats are losing more and more of us black men's vote and support on a DAILY basis. SMH.
