The truth is always the truth that Gareth Southgate has been the best England manager since taking over a broken England team from Steve McLaren. The FA is managed by wise personnel who has the justification to make a decision on the England Manager's future, but not the haters. Gareth Southgate and his backroom staff have done a good job by incorporating all cultures of this great nation into the national team which no other manager managed to do over years. Also, the style of play has changed tremendously for the best because of his wise managerial abilities. I strongly believe that the FA will maintain him as manager till the 2026 world cup.
