Basing who you spend time off of due to science is something I truly do not believe in or will support, everyone should have the opportunity to be able to make their own decisions and following tests like this takes that choice away from them.

Lots of people skip the progressions brother and just look at the main steps like checkpoints the reality is, that there is a pathway inbetween each check point and that's what I'm trying to share and showcase with breaking, that this ish doesn't have to be as hard as we make it hahah, Shoulder freeze was and still is one of my favourites as well :)
