The Real Estate Interview Process - What To Expect [& How To Succeed] // The real estate interview process is a pretty unique way of hiring, and if you're coming from another industry outside of CRE, you probably don’t know what to expect going in.
The people you'll meet with, the questions you'll be asked, and how many interviews you'll end up having all tend to be some of the biggest question marks for new entrants into the business, and although the answers to these questions will obviously depend on the size of the company that you’re interviewing with, the position you're applying for, and how many other applicants are vying for the role, I've seen some pretty concrete patterns during my time in the industry.

can you talk about in todays market where is the best place to start a cre career. Whether it’s at a bank in the real estate division, a reit, a pe firm. I’m going into my senior year with 2 cre internships under my belt and i’m trying to weigh options for post grad. Obviously in this market some shops will have different exposures in different markets and might have to make some team cuts along the way. Where do you recommend for job security and still having the ability to excel your career? (I know you’ve made a video on this before, however the market is in a particularly weird spot right now)
