Everyone in the national media notices how under utilize Brian Robinson is… he’s almost brought up as much as an elite running backs but yet I hear you guys saying he’s nothing special. Do you watch this team?😂 not to mention EB didn’t run the ball. How do you expect Brian Robinson to get 100 yards a gm when he gets like 10 touches… dude there’s no competent coach that would give Austin Ekeler at this stage in his career more carries than Brian Robinson there’s no logical Football reason to do that😂

That's a poor take on total 80, 90, 100 yard rushing games for B-Rob. They literally threw the football 50 times a GAME! Various factors as to why and 90% of them have nothing to do with B-Rob.

Robinson had fewer carries last year as the lead back under Bienemy than he did the year before as the backup who missed 8 games after getting shot. I don't think anyone even knows what he can do because no one has ever let him do it.

Watch the film, B-Rob runs very hard and improved catching since previous year. He is not just a guy, he is a legitimate starting RB and if healthy will be 1000 yard back. Crazy to say he us average and crazier to say Ekeler will get more carries. Not even close.

Rob is a workhorse. You end up with a tired D and Robinson can break runs to get him to the 80/90+ yard mark. He’s really good when he catches the ball and is out in space as well. If you have a game plan that actually asks him to get touches he is easily better than “just a guy”. I’m a pessimistic Washington fan, but when he allowed to get going he’s quite good. EB just made calls that never let Rob be the hot hand. He’d get 20 yards on a catch from behind the LOS and then not see the ball for a quarter

How is no one talking about how average Alfred Morris was but absolutely thrived because defenses had to account for RG3s mobility. Morris' worst season was when Cousins started, not a coincidence. BRob will likely go off this year with the hesitation of the defense accounting for the RPO and designed QB runs.

B-Rob is bigger back who thrives running downhill. Last year on the rare occasion he ran they ran him out of the gun . He’s a dawg you just have to set him up for success

EB I am disappointed in your assessment of B-ROB! Staying healthy i see 1000+ yards for him and family an opportunity to run in a property coached offense this year, truly disappointed in all the jinks, they will all be pleasantly surprised with his game this year.

I'm amazed at the low ranking of Daniels, beyond the fact he is a rookie. Seems his "slight frame" is a major issue. Not his throwing, his decision-making, his work ethic, his smarts. It's his size. Some of that isn't even him, but oline questions. Some, does he know how to slide, and apparently they think he doesn't. There are a string of slight and/or short famous QBs, Flute, Sonny, Tarkenton, Wilson, LeBaron, etc. Yes the NFL is different now, but so are the rules against hitting QBs. But this is why you play the games and not decide on Madden.

I agree with most of the comments here. I just wanted to add that B-Rob has also not had a great O line to run behind and much of his production last year came through the air. It should be obvious to all that when you game plan for him he can do damage running or catching.

You’re looking at BRob’s stats after a season with an OC who threw the ball a record number of times for most of the season, absolutely abandoned the run anytime it started working, and still used Gibson in the backfield as a receiver? Isn’t it your job to watch this team and understand the context of these stats? With a terrible OL, Washington’s run game still averaged in the upper tier of the league for YPC. That could have been a result of light boxes due to the infrequency of the run. But BRob’s lack of production was 100% due to lack of attempts. Look at attempts guys. Then also look at short yardage, or 4 min drill attempts. Dude is a very good RB.

interior oline should be better than it has been in the past and if we actually run the ball more than 5x a game then yes he will have a breakout year. We also have a qb that can run so that will open lanes up as well on the inside. Brob was also very productive as a pass catcher last year. He didnt get any carries last year is why he didnt get any yards. Remember we dont beat philly 2 years ago if brob didnt have a good day.

Eckler will get most of the goal line snaps. That is where he excels. If he stays healthy he will have over 10 TDs. I think where BRob will do better is having a higher yards per attempt. I also feel he will have multiple 100 yard games. The OL and Jayden will factor in to their totals. Hopefully the OL is improved. Jayden certainly will be a factor inside the 10 yard line. The Jayden factor certainly will help the RBs. Look back at Rg3 s rookie year. Another factor will be how quickly the offense comes together.

B.Rob will breakout for sure . The reason there was no 100 yard games is sure to the high passing Washington did last year it was very low carries per game . If you give B.Rob more touches I’m tell you that he will put up numbers. . Barry sander’s wouldn’t gotten 100 year games playing in that heavy pass game Washington had last season . If Washington ran the ball more defensively the sack total would been down & to add to the factor teams will have to worry about the X factor of JD running so running lanes will open up off the read option.
