I honestly love these kinds of vlogs where people go "Ya know I think I'm going to talk to about this sandwich I got" 🤣 But also, combined with the writing stuff, it is very motivational at the same time. Reminds me that I can be productive and whatnot, but then stopping to admire a small win is okay too. Although, judging by what you had to go through to get that sandwich I'd say that's a major win lol.

Completely related to your wanting to find a happy medium. When I was a teacher, I was working too hard - all year, multiple jobs, even on vacations I was working - so when I shifted into a new career I started taking it easy on myself and I think I've taken it a little too far.

I feel you so much when you say, "I am deeply unwell, but I'm fine." I ended up in hospital the other night for my first severe migraine, but having neurological issues makes it a bit complicated. Then today my husband had work on the weekend so I had to take my kids to their swimming lessons with a 3rd day migraine 😅 Too true with the "publish the book anyway" comment. Also well done on your massive 5k writing day achievement. Despite your illnesses, you are smashing it. 🎉

I like that you use your books to raise your laptop! I agree it's nice and makes us feel not alone when someone shares feelings or situations that they are going through that we're going through too. It makes me feel like I'm not the only one and I can figure it out because they're figuring it out or surviving through it too. I hope you take things moment by moment for yourself. Also, congratulations on getting in a groove with your book!
