I weight train and after having babies and nursing no diet or exercise does that. All of the above weight loss, nursing and pregnancy can make you lose breast volume and fat.

Shatavari Herb has increased my breast volume and fat by maybe a 1/2 cup since I have been taking it in the last 1-2 months. But no, it’s still not enough for me, I want a proper 1cup augmentation.
