Katy Harrell is a fashion and lifestyle blogger best known as mumuandmacaroons on Instagram! At 33 years old, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had to start chemo almost immediately and knew she would most likely lose all of her beautiful hair. We were able to help her find TWO gorgeous human hair luxury wigs that will help her feel confident and beautiful even during the scariest time of her life.
Katy is originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina where our home salon is located! She now lives about an hour and a half away so it was just a quick drive for her to come visit us with two of her best friends! Her grandparents still live locally and were able to come see her as well! We're so honored we were able to assist her in this process and hopefully give her something that will help her feel like her old self!
Her stylist was Lauren Ashtyn's mom, Tracey. Lauren Ashtyn got to be there for the appointment too, as well as her husband, "The Hair Hunk" and baby Elle Rose! We all had such a good time socializing and getting to know Katy and her sweet friends!
Katy has now started treatments and is doing well. She has a long road ahead of her, but we are confident she will come out of this completely cancer free! Please join us in praying for her and sending her all the good thoughts and well wishes!
