October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and for this video, I’ll share to you one easy strategy to check if you have lumps which is the Brest Self-Check.
Breast self-exam is a convenient, no-cost tool that you can use on a regular basis and at any age. We recommend that all women routinely perform breast self-exams as part of their overall breast cancer screening strategy BUT REMEMBER that this is not a substitute, Mammogram and other test done in the hospital is still the best things to consider.
