Thank you so much for this video! I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my second and I’m looking into all these different breastfeeding / pumping stuff! I would like to build a stash of milk this time around, especially for those nights when my husband might jump in and feed her. What do I do with the milk I pump? Fridge or freezerv

In my previous journey, I did experiment with lactation cookies and teas, but this time I’m planning to stick to foods that are supposed to be good for your supply like oatmeal, eggs, etc. as well as taking a postnatal vitamin. Be sure to listen to your body and do what feels right for you and baby!
