+Mr Bombastic What? Its completely possible, especially if you hyperventilate too much your body doesent react the same way to the co2 building up and you can easily faint from oxygen deprivation.

Every one says its impossible for a human to breathe under water, but it's actually not. Here's how: 1) get a cup of water and put it on a table 2) get under the table which means ur under the cup of water 3) then just breathe happily That's how u breath underwater

You should check that with a docter. I dont think thats normal. Its just the way the body works when healthy you should be able to retrieve alot more O2 from that air.

My personal best was a little under 5 minutes. I used to randomly hold my breath alot when I was a kid because I used to think I would need to one day lol. Plus playing the saxophone probably helped.

Imagine having to use most of your breath, but having to use muscle memory to remember where the notes are. Trombone right there. Also it can get pretty heavy if you play for a larger amount of time.

I held my breath with them and I only did 18 seconds Edit: 4 days later, I trained myself, and I could do 30 seconds now Edit again: 2 months later I could now do 50 seconds. Let’s see if I can do better again

2mins with hyperventilation: its mostly a mental thing you can go alot longer than you think the cold water on the face also helps but be careful (dont drowned in a bowl)holding your breath wont feel great just try to be as calm as you can.
