Join me for an hour of deep listening. Use this sacred sound bath for inner journey, meditation, rest, healing or creating. I begin with the beat of the mother drum. You might like to move and vocalize during this time, or join with your own drum. After 20 minutes, I play the Alchemy crystal bowls with Tibetan bowls. Through it all I offer wordless vocals that emerge in the moment.
