Breathe Deeper Drum Cover with Transcription

4 жыл бұрынHere is my drum cover of Breathe Deeper by the band Tame Impala. The song is track 5 on the album The Slow Rush which was released on the 14th of February 2020. The song was written, recorded and produced by Kevin Parker.
I have attempted to transcribe and perform the drums exactly how they are on the record where humanly possible.

Dude your channel is amazing, I don't even play any instruments but it I'm a huge Tame Impala fan and I think seeing the drums played live makes everything sound even cooler. You easily deserve 10x more subs and if I played drums I would certainly download your transcriptions!

Omg drum daddy I was waiting for this one and I am NOT disappointed. It's crazy how you can hear the rythm and melody so well in this drum pattern. Clearly one of his best and it looks like you had fun doing it

Man, im actually inspired. I can't stop watching all these slow rush covers. * as close as humanly possible* is a fair disclaimer. Take it from someone who listens to TSR daily (with 95% of my attention on the drum patterns) and is extremely critical of any attempt to replicate anything tame impala... this is as accurate as it gets... well done. You provide a great service PS* I love during the chorus while ur grooving and ur hear the lyrics "" now your having fun!" Always gees me up even more

I believe this is least accurate of the one you did so far. I would cover the toms with some blanket to dry them up, and use the high tom instead of the kick in the beat.

Pablo Andres Dealbera I forgot the snare ghost notes with the kick. Yeah I should have muted the toms for the whole album. Which part of the beat are you talking about when you say use the high Tom instead of the kick?
