That was great! Ive been playing with the on body like contact hooping i guess (?), and one i change directions with my face, and when it spins down your body like by your legs if you lift out it sets you up for a wedgie flick! Nit sure if any of that makes sense or helps! Haha but nice work as always

OMG how do you do this. I have been working on breaks for so long and I still suck at them. If I just push my hoop around my shoulders it falls. No matter how "straight" I push it. Drives me nuts. I see so many people just push the hoop and it goes around their shoulders in a normal circle. I do have broad shoulders tho. I can't shoulder hoop sitting if my life depended on it. LOL. Please do a tutorial of some kind!! :)
