I want to practice 1 breath per minute. Im new. Im starting from here to practice. There is hardly any video on KZfaq about this. It would be very helpful if you upload practice videos for 1 breath per minute. As far as for this video is good starting point. Next step can be 6sec breath in 6sec hold 6 sec exhale. And from 7sec to get 30 sec. 30 sec breath in, 30 sec hold and 30 sec exhale. Staring slowly to achieve it.
