In this video, I'll take you on a journey through the charming Appalachian foothills of North Georgia aboard the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Departing from downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia, the train takes a 26-mile roundtrip journey along the Toccoa River through the mountains of North Georgia. The first leg of the adventure takes riders on a one hour trip to the sister towns of McCaysville, Georgia and Copperhill, Tennessee. Passengers enjoy a picturesque two-hour layover before taking the return trip back to Blue Ridge, Georgia.
