The various maneuvers employed for breech vaginal delivery are important from exam point of view. The most important aspect in obstetrics is " first do no harm", and therefore it is important to remember the concepts behind these maneuvers.

My youngest son was born breach he always as a child loved been upside down eg head first on the couch with his legs hanging over the back of the couch I carried him for 2 months with his head under my ribs he grew too long to turn he was 24 inches long born he is an adult now 6ft 1i had a natural birth he is my rock I his Mam is 4ft 11

13;59 Baby is covered in a slippery vernix, so the obstetrician grasps the ankle. Would this not result in a footling breech? Or does the obstetrician grasp both ankles simultaneously?
