@valkyria0046 there isnt any rope or any object on or near the bulls genitals. it's called a flank strap its designed to be tight enough to stay on but loose enough to make them think they can kick it off. it encourages the bull to buck doesnt force them to.

man i sure wish my grand dad kept his bucking bulls they were some ranked ones but nice as hell in the open pasture my little brother loved to go pat them like a dog and hand feed them i love rodeos i was raised around it an i hope my kids and grand kids will still have that privilege in the future

well the top ranked bull last year was worth 2.2million dollars so I would put money on the fact that they don't beat the money bags

@elmoro111 That is the most stupid comment I have ever read! I am very glad they exist, life for abused animals would be even worse if they wouldn't be around. And no, I am not against bullriding. I am talking about animal cruelty here: horses not being taken care of, dogs being dumped, ... .

wow the comments from the people here.... here's another thought and reason why that rope isn't tied around their balls, if you had a rope tied around your balls are you gonna want to move at all let alone jump twist etc? and I have never, never seen shock used to make a bull or bronc buck. in fact I've never seen one used at a rodeo event period

Spanish bulls are raised to be as mean as possible...the sport has been around for several hundred years....its never going to end so just let it be.....

Have you ever been to a rodeo and watch what takes place to get them to buck? If so obviously not any kind of good rodeo because they don't shock them at the good ones.
