Confession: X2 was my first X game in 1995. So when there was all that fuss over "hey, we found your boy's parts" I thought they meant the green biker dude. Was very curious to see he was rebuilt in red but hey I rolled with it. But damn was it awkward when I finally played X1.

Am I the only one who thinks this remix in particular would be great as the music for a high-speed race? Preferably on some sort of cycles? Maybe even a high-stakes vehicle chase through a city or a highway? Think about it. 0:00-0:10 is the lights blinking before “GO!” Then there’s 2:57-3:03 “First Place! You Win!”

This just gave me a scenario where Mega Man is just doing his thing fighting Dr Wily's robots until a vortex appears, Berkana comes out and looks around where she is until she sees mega man and goes nuts over seeing him. So she straight up grabs him then X and Zero come through the vortex because they were chasing Berkana. X and Zero notice Berkana has X in her arms and immediately start chasing her. Later Protoman, Bass, and Roll join in the chase after Berkana
