You wouldn't know without a formal diagnosis. The commenter is right to point out that a broken economy and health system produces dire social outcomes. All the KZfaq diagnosing and worse going on in the comments doesn't do anything to help. Everyone has their limits. No one is incapable of falling on difficult times in life.

The most psychopathic of individuals, just like the best conmen, can appear perfectly normal, and trustworthy, right up to the moment they are NOT! Just like when drunk, a persons TRUE character generally rises to the surface when inhibitions have no boundaries, as well as those who react, in response to being pushed to the brink!
