So thing is you'd leave a compilation disc to play after closing the show....So I'd hear it on the way out...then it became my staple...tear jerker! yet I don't follow the story...just melody that communicates and that background guy...My days!

The 80s was a great time to be a teen. All the good songs and movies we had. I would not change that for anything. I wish female singers that used their beautiful voices in the 80s. They would use it today and come out with real good music like they use to. I don't like music they put out today. It's trashy and way to sexual and to me that is not music. I don't even want to go there when it comes to what guys put out today' it's worse. And this is just what I think and everyone has their own taste in what they like.

Even though it wasn't in our ceremony we considered it our song.. the beautiful vocals.. that unforgettable single key piano sound in the background... I've kept it with me and held it close all.these years. my wife passed away last year of cancer... One of the things she loved was having a soundtrack.. to listen to.. and of course she listened to this one many times in the final week... It's gut wrenching listening to it now...
