Modern music's sound design and mixing is too refined for strong emotions to be felt. It doesn't help that many producers are copying or creating very minor variants of each other's sounds (or whatever is in vogue/trending); it creates a norm where creativity and incorporating one's identity into the production is no longer valued.

this is one of those classic hardstyle songs that just never doe :) other examples would be SMD - just like you, Frontliner - Spacer, Southstylers - pounding senses Long live HARDSTYLE

I think Headhunterz was the first hardstyle I ever heard. Power of the mind. I downloaded the qlimax tracklist from 2007, and now my entire ipod is souly dedicated to this amazing music.
