I just got into writting music and what he’s saying is true. I just compared someone eating my last fruit snack to me huntin em down in an alley and beating hem up. Am I violent no! But when the beat hit that’s what came out. But I don’t talk like that in real life it’s just creating art literally from the heart. If I was acting in a show it doesn’t necessarily make me the character I’m just creating art by acting. So I kinda get it.

I’ve never viewed him as toxic. I was telling my friend Brent had such a beautiful voice he takes me to another world when he sings. He has deep cuts for sure, but I could really listen to him on repeat. How you hear Show U Off and get toxic? Brent’s song probably bring emotions people don’t want to deal with, or make them think of certain situations they don’t want to recall. His skits in WASTELAND are dope, I feel like there’s some folks that do all those things when they get big. But would any other artist show us that side of fame?

As a writer music is an artist expression it doesn't have to be literally in real time write songs that may be influenced by things from today and some from 10 years ago but it makes for great music because the range of relativity is endless Faiyaz writes about being emotionally unavailable but he also writes about care for a woman and loving a woman it's two side of the same coin "TOXIC" is just another coined word of the times and I can bet this label came from the very source that inspired some if that music WOMEN every notice how when female artist give the same energy they are labeled in plaintive encouraging light but men express they're emotions and feelings musically can be called toxic 😂😂😂
