So he's basically stuck in a loner mindset, not really impressed/enticed by the shit that comes with his famous lifestyle, and just tryna find his way in the world, and in a constant state of self analysis daily. Late last year, I had to move to a small town about 3 hours away from home for work, as a 23 year old it was new to me because I never been away from home all my life and this experience was quite something, due to the fact that I was somewhere foreign. It was round about the time Brent dropped this beautiful album and I gotta say, this song sums up my entire experience back there, the words the flow. Simply every track is amazing. Thank you for this beautiful masterpiece and for painting my memories.

I love how this video incorporates the theme in the album through this video. The Cautionary tale of being "toxic" shown through this video with the visuals reminding me of the film Sin City (2005). I think the video takes elements of the film and repurposes for this video to convey the message and aesthetic from listening to the album. Such a beautiful piece of art honestly

I've been listening to him since 2016. Like, very personally, just me and him in my ear. Been a fan since the beginning and will ALWAYS seek out his art. Even in jail with no way to listen, I would sing his songs to soothe my soul and ease my mind. Great,unique artist who stays true to HIMSELF and what means something to HIM and his fans. Which is why we'll never leave and always have him at the top of our lists. Proud of his growth and success and thankful to have his music as a means of therapy and peace and a way to leave this physical plane for awhile and just exist in his songs. Throughout any 24 hours, His music is getting played a good majority of that time😉. Been 7 years and still feel I "NEED" to listen to SUMTHIN from him at least everyday. God favors those that he's chosen for a purpose. And Brent Faiyaz was sent for those of us who understand and utilize his art as our means of escape as well as motivation and peace. 💯
