Great content. I’m coaching a youth football team in Germany and nearly everybody is doing this „soccer player movement“. The naturally skipping part is awesome.

When I kicked in highschool I didn’t even have a coach. They also told me to take my bag of balls and go kick. I had to research for myself

So is it better to hit with the inside of your foot rather than the bottom of your laces ?

there's a hard bone on the top of your foot near the second shoelace, hit it with that

by tall do you mean height? Being tall does give you an advantage but there are some very good short kickers
