I was sitting on facebook looking through stuff just to try to shut my brain noise off. I have severe anxiety and depression. Winter makes it much worse because my job is a seasonal job. I clicked on reels because that usually works good. I just scroll for what seems like forever. It works well for distracting me from overthinking. Music is always my "go to" thing. Problem with that can be that sometimes, ill keep playing songs that actually make me overthink even more. A clip of this song was the first reel i watched. The caption "i wrote this for those who overthink" made me click it. To say it hit the spot is an understatement. I had never heard of you before i saw that clip. Now, as i sit here, wiping the tears away from my 50 year old eyes, i say thank you from the bottom of my aching heart, Mr Morgan! Youve gained another fan and im very glad i found your music today.
