@@theewhaler I both agree and disagree. I think it’s an absolute accident and VAR would have seen that, but there’s absolutely no way the ref could have seen that in real time. In the moment and from behind all the ref is able to see his a collision and two studs incredibly high. I think the ref is totally right to show a red from what he’s able to see, but VAR gives him that benefit to see the little slip that starts it off and that the legs are more an accident then the leading incident.

@@theewhaler it doesn't matter if he was accident or not. He tackled him right in the achillies and that was enough for the referee to put out the red card . An ending-career tackle ....

Griffin Park was just about the only London ground in the Premier and Football Leagues that I never quite got to attend a match at,and all the grounds I've been to up and down the country takes in venues like Fellows Park,Twerton Park and Millmoor.
