Brett, a POA kid since he was just two years old, was born without a left leg, the equivalent of a hip disarticulate amputee. He’s always been an active kid, participating in gymnastics, sled hockey and many other sports. This year, Brett will be competing on his high school’s track team. He wouldn’t be able to run like this without the use of a running blade, which is not usually covered by insurance. We are blessed to work with organizations like @50_legs.org_ and The Jordan Thomas Foundation to provide our patients with the prosthetics they need to live their active lives.
