Seattle was always trying to get o-line protection, and got dogged for bad play every year. He had his most sacks last year, and didn’t even play every game. I would imagine it would be hard to block for a QB that doesn’t hit his first read, rolls right, goes back left, spins, and then found Lockett or Baldwin who have already broke off their route. O-lineman don’t know where he goes, D-lineman watch him.

Ciara is his focus
@williamcooke6056
@williamcooke6056 8 ай бұрын
Wilson lost his focus after he married Ciara. He had issues beford that. He refused to use the wrist band with the plays, which resulted in many delay of game penalties. His height preveted him from throwing slants, and other over the middle passes, and defenses stacked the outside. He slowly lost his escapability, and took more sacks. After the trade, he became a prima donna. Denver gave him his own office, let him have his own QB coach on the facility. He got a reality check.

Reality is Russ, 5'9" tall, always thought of himself as 1st tier QB. So Russ and his agent concocted a lineman protection issue and threw them under the bus during the offseason. And then suggested a trade to 3 teams if Seahawks was interested in trading him. With aging skill erosion Seahawks seek the opportunity the following year to trade him to the gullible Broncos. A highway steal and the rest is history. Watching him today he is not the same QB. Because of potential injury he is unwilling to magically improvise and his throwing mechanics are all messed up. No longer stepping into throws with power but guiding the ball throws with his body. Because of his short height not too often does he throw over the middle. Pete Carroll is a genius!

Denver is trash from the top down. Of course, aging is the most significant factor. Yet, that team is hot garbage, and the locker room is cancerous. Last year, his receivers bickered about dumb shit. They can't handle that Russ is a weird dude. His personal life is now on display, especially with the "red-pill" community. When Richard Sherman publically clowned him, I wondered why he didn't have the balls to step up when Russ was in Seattle.

Between coach Carol and Russell Wilson, the Seahawks were a good team and well respected for it. Wilson's performance seemed to rapidly decline the following season after he got married... The old winning energy and performance was lacking, I thought. His ball release was slower, he didn't scramble like in earlier seasons and seemed to be about a half beat too slow in the pocket. Disappointing.

Thank you for mentioning Ciara! Ever since that day, he films himself in bed at night with her, films her dancing in the house, films himself giving his mother a house, going on a date night and my favorite….running around the country chasing after Ciara, to supposedly “SURPRISE” her whatever she was doing. Was he just happily surprising her or checking up on her? So his QB duties were way back on the back back burner.

No argument here because Brett Favre is absolutely right. Because think about it after the seahawks won that superbowl in 2014 Russell Wilson has done nothing his career took a huge nose dive and has crashed and burned. So yeah I'm not a fan of Brett Favre and disagree with about 99% of the things he says but he's right about Russell Wilson.

All of that "New Russel Wilson Brand" happened when he married a celebrity! From the day he married Sierra, he began to change... and not for the better! You are saying exacting what I'm saying as I'm writing it. He stopped being his grubby REAL self. He used to give his post- game interview in his sweats, his hair was messy and he looked like a football player. After his marriage, he started getting "pretty". He was using "Product" in his hair and wearing his "street clothes". When your Quarterback is walking a fashion show runway with his wife and kids, there is an ego you need to check. After he left, the locker room went back to being "REAL!". All the boys are coming out with THEIR TRUE FEELINGS and stories. He didn't blend. I'll NEVER FORGET what he did for our Seahawks.. not EVER. Having saird that, the best thing he did for Seattle was to leave. Our boyBs are back, bigger, smarter a😢nd YOUNGER. We have a whole locker room full of the "2012's "Russels". He came here as a talented, unappreciated rookie QB. Pete saw the magic in him... just like he's done for Seattle at The Draft! Do we miss Russel? No. But WE ALL still have a little love in our hearts loved him for doing what he did and what he brought with him. I think the "Let's Bash Russel" boat has sailed. Let's focus on this BRILLIANT YOUNG NEW TEAM we call The Seattle Seahawks!!💙💚💙💚 I door don't care WHAT THE PROS AND EXPERTS HAVE TO SAY!! We're gonna be the winningest, youngest, the most HUNGRY TEAM ON DA' BLOCK!! We're gonna kick tye Raven's butts! We're gonna kick the the 49ers butts and we're hit gonna stop kicking butts INTO THE SUPERBOWL BABY!! Say so the crap you can about Geno! He didn't, doesn't and don't care WHAT you all have to say... HE'S A BEAST! Look at him in that pocket! He's as cool and calm as if gets. So what he had a bad day at the office. So the F-What?? He's is OUR QUARTERBACK AND WE LOVE HIM! GO SEAHAWKS!!💙💚💙💚 ...
