This was a fun piece I did for a showcase put on by the studio I rehearse at. After I got the footage back I decided it was just good enough to post. Enjoy my Smooth Criminal performance!

This guy really picks up Michael’s vibe. He has the build and the subtle movements down perfectly. I think he’s the best impersonator out there. Even the hand movements are flawless. More people should see this....

Brett I showed my family this video last night and we're all in agreement... We don't know what's more amazing the accuracy of this performance or the fact that you haven't blown up yet on KZfaq. You have truly captured the spirit and talent of MJ mate.

This brings up a weird phenomenon I experience when watching people dance to a really significant degree. I never learned to dance, but studied martial arts since I was 4 and and developed a sense I call "kinetic empathy" which essentially allows me to "see" how another person physically feels as they move. His shifts and movements are killer on the body, just the kind of shape he is in to do this alone is obscene.

A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help. Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, "Jump in, I can save you." The stranded fellow shouted back, "No, it's OK, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me." So the rowboat went on. Then a motorboat came by. The fellow in the motorboat shouted, "Jump in, I can save you." To this the stranded man said, "No thanks, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith." So the motorboat went on. Then a helicopter came by and the pilot shouted down, "Grab this rope and I will lift you to safety." To this the stranded man again replied, "No thanks, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith." So the helicopter reluctantly flew away. Soon the water rose above the rooftop and the man drowned. He went to Heaven. He finally got his chance to discuss this whole situation with God, at which point he exclaimed, "I had faith in you but you didn't save me, you let me drown. I don't understand why!" To this God replied, "I sent you a rowboat and a motorboat and a helicopter, what more did you expect?" If God saves lives through doctors during surgery, then God also saves lives through doctors during pandemics. He sent you several vaccines!
