Padres Season ticket holders got the chance to get into Petco Park early to watch warm ups and batting practice. We saw Blake Snell, Yu Darvish, and Joe Musgrove throw long toss and run some drills. Matt Carpenter, Brandon Dixon, and Ha-seong Kim took ground balls.
But the highlight of our pre-game early access was definitely watching the Brewers take batting practice. The Brew Crew has some big lefty bats including Christian Yelich and Rowdy Tellez so we decided to post up in right field to see if we could catch a home run ball.
