I have 2 units, one older one newer. In my opinion they are not reliable. On the older one the grinder is making a very coarse coffee and what is coming out is watery. Even with the grinder adjusted to the finest mark the grounds are coarse. The brewery group gets stuck very often. The other one was repaired twice, leaking a lot of water outside the tray. This one is still making good coffee, but they are expensive crap. Both of them are cleaned periodically, greased and calc cleaned. My next new machine will be a DeLonghi.

dude ... I cleaned the machine, and washed (brew group included) and circled around for 2 hours, figuring what the issues was why is not heating? After checking the philips YT vids I saw that I did not put the brew group back in neutral... issue fixed in like 30 minutes, the other hour and half was like why is the error of insert ground container still on? that black box of nerves was still in the washing machine,,, i forgot to remove it from the back of the machine. the moment when you took the ground container out i remembered :) Thanks!
