Brewing an Imperial Raspberry Sour Recipe in a BARREL!

The Berliner Weisse is a sour wheat beer from (you guessed it) Berlin, Germany! Characterized by its slightly sour character and light abv (generally around 3-3.5%), it's a fantastic drop for summer in the beer garden, typically having a very light body, tartness on the tongue, and fresh fruity character. This also makes it a fantastic beer for fruit infusions!
What is ours like?
Well, for starters... it's Imperial, baby! So unlike the traditional 3.5%, ours comes in at a whopping 8.4% ABV and is absolutely packed full of the tart sweetness of freshly pureed raspberries!

Bro, severely underrated channel. You are worth way more than 1.6k subs. You should look into how to grow the channel. Production quality and content is easily million sub channel level.

Very keen to brew this! Did you just use raspberries from Coles/Woolies? Randomly found your channel, but loving your content. I suggest also putting recipes on Brewfather as it might be another way for people to link to your content.

Hey, awesome to see you guys back, it's been a while! Really interesting beer, looking forward to the tasting for sure! Also, I was going to suggest, for the website, any thoughts about adding a moonshine % calculator? i.e. I have spirits at x% ABV, how much mixer do I add to get n Litres at y% ABV, I know it's off brand a little but it would be handy, I'm actually planning a bourbon and dry keg for family for xmas so had to recently hunt a calc down (I hit your site first ;-))

Beers dude, yeah it’s been far too long between drinks! But we should be back to more regular videos again! Ahh yeah so essentially a spirits abv dilution calculator. Definitely something we can do, and a whiskey and ginger ale keg sounds cracker for Xmas!
